REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) are: faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or, does not do what they are supposed to do.

Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment.

CHANGE OF MIND EXCHANGE

Provided you return your product within 20 days from the date of purchase, in its original as-new condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

Excluding earrings for health and safety purposes 

No exchanges or returns for sale items. 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS 

1) Pack your goods in the original Kizli jewellery box. Put the goods in packaging box, you can reuse the same box it came in for recycling purposes.
2) Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel.
3) Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email. Please allow 14 business days for your return to make its way back to us. 
4) Within 10 business days of receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation email advising that your item(s) have been received and processed.
