International Shipping
We offer international shipping to New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom & United States of America. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Kizli is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the carrier’s website.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at sales.kizli@gmail.com with your order number.
For damaged items, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
